Even though they lie within a short distance, every vineyard has its own peculiar geo-climatic conditions: from red soil over limestone subsoil, to sandy soil by the sea. The former cocoons the old bush vines with their very low yields, while the latter gives birth to grapes that make wines with a stunning aromatic profile.
