Thermo-controlled maceration and alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts for about 10 days. Ageing in French and American oak barrels for 6 months

Colour: deep ruby red with purple shades
Aroma: rich bouquet of ripe cherries and plums with vanilla and cocoa notes
Taste: a full-bodied wine, with a soft and elegant tannin typical of Primitivo and with a long and pleasant finish
